Students who are already enrolled at Hokkaido University cannot apply for this scholarship. Applicants must be self-supporting and without other scholarships or fellowships at the time of enrollment. |

Under the International Vet Exchange Program (IVEP), the scope of the educational exchanges with overseas veterinary colleges is expanded to promote the internationalization of undergraduate education and help students develop a global mindset, broad perspective and generic skills. Through student and faculty exchanges with four partner veterinary colleges, the IVEP aims to internationalize undergraduate education and nurture veterinarians who can play active roles on the global stage. |
